Which techniques do we use?
Our chiropractor Natalya is trained in a variety of techniques including Diversified chiropractic, McTimoney chiropractic, instrument adjusting as well as sports massage and other soft tissue release techniques.

What is McTimoney Chiropractic?
A gentle, fast and really effective chiropractic technique. Really great for anyone but particularly people in pain, elderly people and children, those who prefer a gentle treatment and people who may want to avoid a more forceful technique. McTimoney adjustments rarely result in a joint cavitation - this is the "popping" sound associated with some other adjustment techniques.

We are based in close proximity to both Birmingham and Solihull and we are treating patients at our clinic location in Solihull Hobs Moat near Solihull Ice Rink.

Here at Synergy Body & Spine Clinic, your health is our top priority. We will work with you to design the best treatment plan for your recovery. A treatment plan generally consists of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release if appropriate, exercises to assist in self-management of your condition and postural advice if necessary. The practitioners are also well equipped to refer you onwards to appropriate healthcare professionals if needed.​​

Amber Morris MChiro
​Natalya is a local: she was born and raised in Solihull then went on study Medical Science at the University of Birmingham, gaining her Bachelors in 2018. Natalya then embarked on her journey to become a chiropractor, completing a further five years of study to get her Masters in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxford. She also holds a qualification in Sports Massage.

Amber has always had a deep love of the outdoors and spending time with animals. She has experienced first hand how chiropractic and soft tissue care can improve movement, comfort and performance for her horse, and later herself too. This inspired Amber to want to help others in the same way.
​
Amber has achieved a Masters Degree in Chirporactic and a diploma in Sport Massage Therapy, combining her skills to support people recovering from injury, managing pain and enhancing their overall wellbeing.
